I woke up today around 10am to take a call from a former fellow about Vi** and the work they’re doing. Honestly, it was really weird to talk about software engineering and internships after being in Korea for over a month, where I essentially never talk about it because everyone is more liberal-arts focused.

Then, we got in line for Festival tickets before heading to the gym. Honestly, the line was really long for 10,000 tickets and we could’ve just gone after because theres no way they would sell out, but I wanted to be safe. The line only took like 30 minutes, so it was not bad at all.

After the gym, we got some lunch and then I headed back to my room and took a fat nap. Honestly, I’ve been napping more recently (coming from 10/16 Allison) and I’m not sure if its an indicator that I need more sleep or that I’m trying to escape life by letting myself sleep. Or I drink too much caffeine and need to cut back so I get less sleepy.

Around 5pm, I woke up to get dinner and then headed to enter the festival. Honestly, the student acts were really good considering they’re just students like me, but it was way too long and after an hour we left to go to a board game cafe until the final, celebrity acts came on.

The board game cafe was actually really fun, and we played Sushi Go and Uno, as they are both easy games to pick up without much strategy and explanation. The cafe cost around $2–3 per hour, and you had to order a drink upfront which ranges from $2–5. It was honestly not to expensive, and the 4 of us there for 2 hours came out to around $24.

Then, we went back to finish the festival and it was actually really good. We got to see Dynamic Duo, Unis, and Changmo.

Then after, I went to sleep.

Honestly, a very generic day with not much exploring going on but I think I really needed that break.
